Brooke S. Cain earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from The University of Texas in 2001 and graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2004. Brooke was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2004 and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association as well as the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Her areas of expertise include: insurance defense, insurance coverage, declaratory actions, personal injury, products liability and construction litigation. Brooke is admitted to practice before the United States Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
